Metallic laminate - By: Danielle Netko

Instructions
- Squeeze some TLS onto a glass surface. (I used a glass rectangle from a picture frame)
- Spread evenly to the size of the leaf with a paintbrush.
- Carefully lay the leaf down on the TLS.
- Apply TLS to the other side.
- Cut the excess TLS off the sides. You now have a flexible, laminated piece of metallic leaf that can easily be cut and used in clay projects.
Is it necessary to spray mold release onto the glass to prevent the laminate from sticking and tearing?
Wow Dani. I had NO idea you had your own website for this! :-S
what is TLS?
TLS (Translucent Liquid Sculpey) is a liquid clay manufactured by Polyform. More details can be found at http://www.glassattic.com/polymer/LiquidSculpey.htm
TLS rocks! You can use it as shown here, or add metal flakes or Pearlex powders to make a sparkly glaze (it is not shiny, but when varnished will show off the sparkles). Or add dabs of oil paint to make a colored window decal.
