Tin Foil Round Bead Baking Rack - By: Danielle Netko
Author: Danielle Netko
Materials
- Tin Foil
- Head and T Pins
- Round Beads
Instructions
- Rip off a good section of tin foil and fold it so it’s pretty thick and the size you want it to be for baking beads.
- Slide the beads on the T or head pins.
- Poke the pins into the tin foil.(You may want to poke holes beforehand so to avoid damaging the bead while pushing the pin into the foil)
- Put it on a pan or just by itself into the oven(although it would be easier to remove on a pan).
- Note: If any beads have too big holes or are too big and keep sliding down the pins, push the beads up to the top of the pins and then bend the pins right under the bead. That should hold them.

The holes in the beads will also NOT close up after baking. Practical and smart idea!
I use an old aluminum pan with slots made at each end. I place my beads on a thin metal rod and place on the metal pan and the rods are placed on the slots. Bake and slide off the rods. After sanding, I place beads on toothpicks and glaze and stick into a foam insulation block to dry. So easy and reusable and have the same pan for the past 10 years.
I WOULD LIKE A TUTORIAL ON THE BEADS SHOWN ON THE RACK OF ‘TIN FOIL ROUND BEAD BAKING RACK’ NEW AT THIS SO PLEASE EXPLAIN ‘HOW TO’ FROM START TO END…THANKS

You can also use ordinary household floor wax. A thin coat will dry and protect the beads.
